6.30pm - 8.30pm every Tuesday evening 1.5hrs of tuition followed by a 30 minute "acro jam" - free training supported by the instructor. Scarlot will be teaching this class for the next few months, covering a mixture of L-base, standing, and group acro poses and flows.

About the event

In this playful class, you can explore partner acro in pairs and small groups. Acro yoga, also known as partner acrobatics, is the combination of yoga and acrobatic creative movement and teamwork. Build confidence, trust and communication through physical touch and playful movement. A chance to move together, exploring balance and fluid transitions, along with some cool new party tricks! We'll finish with some calming stretches to bring us back down to earth.
