6 Week Beginners' Course

Acro yoga, often referred to as Partner Acrobatics, Acro, or Acro Balance, is the combination of a yoga mentality with an acrobatic inspired movement practice and teamwork.
 

During this 6 week course, Scarlot will guide you through the FUNdamental practices of acro while creating a safe space for confidence building, trust and communication through playful partner and group collaboration.
 

There are no pre-requisites for these workshops, no experience or partner is required - come along solo, or with friends!

The class will be led by Scarlot Robinson – a certified Partner Acrobatics teacher.

The course can be booked as a whole 6-week block for a discounted rate or as individual sessions via the dates above.
