Acro Foundations
Acro yoga, often referred to as Partner Acrobatics, Acro, or Acro Balance, is the combination of a yoga mentality with an acrobatic inspired movement practice and teamwork.
Scarlot runs a regular classes on Tuesday evenings in Leeds.
The first hour of these sessions is dedicated to refining the FUNdamental practices of acro while creating a safe space for confidence building, trust and communication through playful partner and group collaboration.
The sessions are tailored to suit a variety of levels, and particularly focus on supporting beginners to learn foundational techniques for bases, flyers and spotters and ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable exploring new movement patterns.

There are no pre-requisites for these workshops, no experience or partner is required - come along solo, or with friends!
