Every month I bring in a guest teacher to share their unique style of acro with my students, for January 2024 i'm excited to announce Tiko will be co-teaching the class!

After a few years (35) of practicing acro, some performing (20 years) and a bit of teaching (6 years full time), Tiko is happy to come share his knowledge with you. Specialised in banquine and dynamic group acro he teaches (almost!) anything acro related.

In this playful class, you can explore partner acro in pairs and small groups. Acro yoga, also known as partner acrobatics, is the combination of yoga and acrobatic creative movement and teamwork. Build confidence, trust and communication through physical touch and playful movement. A chance to move together, exploring balance and fluid transitions, along with some cool new party tricks! We'll finish with some calming stretches to bring us back down to earth.
